Preliminary qualification

Every request is subject to initial qualification. This step does not imply mandate acceptance or intervention obligation.

A confidentiality frame may be required before sharing sensitive documents, nominative information, or financial elements.

A mandate is accepted after scope, calendar, responsibilities, fees, and compliance restrictions are validated.

Sedimoya does not handle unlawful, non-compliant, sanctions-related, or ethically incompatible requests.
